Last week we flew in from Calgary to shop for a home in Windsor. With Helen's help we were able to hit the ground running. She had the necessary viewing appointments booked for the properties that interested us, and had them set up in the order of priority that we had requested. She made it clear from the get-go that she was available to us 24/7 while we were in town. That offer was tested when I emailed her a listing one evening regarding a hot property that had just come on the market. Even though Helen was at a concert, she read my email and contacted the seller immediately! That house turned out to be exactly what we were looking for and even though there was a good deal of interest in the property from other buyers, we're convinced that Helen getting us in the door quickly is the reason that we're the ones who can now call that lovely house our new home.
